This canvas print is a reproduction of an ink sketch of boats in the mud at Blakeney in North Norfolk, England. The original sketch was created en plein air, capturing the sailing boats of Blakeney and the serene atmosphere of coastal life.

I was walking through the boatyard at Blakeney when the tyre tracks in the mud caught my eye. They worked as a compositional element to draw your eye towards these sailing boats.
