This canvas print is a reproduction of a painting capturing the movement of two live dancers and showing the connection between them. It was created using bold black and blue gestural brushstrokes captured in inks on paper. 

Inspiration

This painting was captured while I was at The Royal drawing school in 2023. We had two dancers and were interested in the interaction between them. I translated that interaction into fast, thrusting gestural strokes that translated the movement into the image.
