This fine art paper print is a reproduction of a painting Dance of the snowflake. The original ink painting captures the fluid motion and emotion of two dancers dancing like falling snow. It was created with sweeping strokes using Chinese brushes and Japanese inks on large Fabriano paper.
Inspiration
I painted live in a dance session to a theme of falling snow and captured this shorthand painted movement using large brushes. This gestural expressive style reflects the unique energy of dancers of all ages.
