This canvas print is a reproduction of a painting of alliums in my garden. The original painting was created using Chinese inks on Sumi paper and enriched with gouache and watercolour to vividly convey the luminous colours of the flower heads.

Inspiration

The design was inspired by the alliums in my garden as I looked at them framed against the sun in the summertime.
