In September of 26 I joined a group organised by The Newlyn Art School to paint Tresco guided by Paul Lewin, a local Cornish artist. Discover the artwork inspired by this trip painting en plein air around the coast and in the famous Abbey Gardens.

The Cherwell Boathouse has been a creative inspiration to me for many years. The punt station in the north of Oxford is run by the Verdin family who maintain and rent out punts that you can explore the cherwell river as it winds its way through Oxford. In September 26 I joined the harvest at Kidmore Vineyard to draw the bringing in of the grapes. I sat in the rows of vines and drew the pickers bent over cutting the grapes off the vines. To learn more about the day and view all the charcoal and ink drawings I captured browse to the story page.
