This original drawing is of a member of a choir singing at Inner Temple in London. The drawing was drawn live while she sang in a concert and captures her lost in the expression of the music.
I regularly attend concerts and draw during live performance to capture the expression that is unique to each musician. I look for flow when a musician disappears into the music during performance so I can capture their expression.
