This fine art paper print is a reproduction of a watercolor painting captured en plein air of Morston Quay in North Norfolk in England. This was painted on location in June when the Cockles (a boat design made by a local boat builder) were resting on the mud in the channel when the tide was out.
From my postion sitting on the wooden jetty I was inspired by the boats in the mud at low tide frame beneath the large clouds racing across the big Norfolk skies above the windswept marshes.
