I took part in a painting competition during the Cookham Arts festival in 2024. I decided to draw the Holy Trinity Church yard in the morning in charcoal focusing on the church path leading through the graveyard. My drawing won a runner up prize of some art materials that is always useful.
In the afternoon I went down to the towpath on the Thames opposite Cliveden and drew the bird life on the water.
