Unframed prints are sent wrapped in tissue, in a postal tube, for you to choose your own frame. All my prints fit standard frame sizes.
Framed prints are protected with a 3mm sheet of acrylic glazing. Please be aware there is a little bit of reflection on the glazing, if you prefer no reflection, please look at my framed canvas prints as they have no glazing.
Handmade in Italy, our frames with premium plexiglass are crafted to the highest standards. Choose from elegant wooden frames in dark or light oak, or vibrant colours like black, white, red, yellow, and blue.
The frame measurements refer to the size of prints it fits. The actual frame size is slightly bigger depending on your selected frame profile and size.
Frames up to 50×70 cm (incl. A4–A2) have a 1.5 cm width and depth. Larger sizes (A1 and above) have a 2 cm width and depth.
Our frames come with user-friendly turning clips on the back making it easy to mount the print in the frame yourself. All our frames can be hung both vertically and horizontally.
We offer the option of a passepartout, a high-quality, acid-free border that surrounds your artwork within the frame. It not only adds an elegant visual space that draws attention to the piece.
The passepartout size refers to its outer dimensions, which must match your frame size. The window size indicates which print it fits. When you add a passepartout to a selected print and frame, both will adjust to the correct size.
When choosing passepartout, the print will be made one size smaller to fit inside it. Your selected size stays the same.
Window sizes for our passepartouts:
21 x 14 cm / 8 x 5” (A5)
29 x 21 cm / 11 x 8” (A4)

Abbey gardens Pine in Tresco is a paper art print reproducing an ink sketch on paper by British artist William Rowsell. The original watercolour painting painted en plein air in September 2026 was inrpired by the lovely pine trees in the upper terrace of the gardens. (This product is a canvas print reproduction, not the original sketch.)
I painted this view of the pine tress on the upper terrace within th Abbey gardens on Tresco. It was a bright September day and the tree canopy was silhouetted against the clear sky. The painting was captured loosely in a purple watercolour mix using dagger brushes in a resonance to Chinese calligraphic landscape painting. The painting was about the feel of the trees and the atmosphere of this beautiful place.
Yes. This watercolour landscape print makes a thoughtful gift for landscape and botanical art lovers, countryside collectors, and anyone who enjoys atmospheric British botanical or landscape art. Choose an unframed print for flexible framing, or add a wood frame and white passepartout for a ready-to-hang finish.
